- After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials ordered.
- Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or decline any project at our discretion. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disputes, supply shortages, or government actions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
